A second singles title is needed. We have enough characters....maybe even a third, like a Hardcore title.

Rayd would love a Hardcore title, as he's notorious for getting DQ'd!

I'm thinking heavily on starting a Hardcore title division. I've been using the Hardcore Match rules that I've downloaded from the Vintage Mayhem Yahoo!Groups board for all of the hardcore matches so far, and it seems to be working alright, but I'm hoping sometime in the future to find or create a better hardcore match, complete with charts for the most commonly-used weapons in hardcore matches, including those in ECW (weapons such as chairs, 2x4's, barbed wire baseball bats, barbed wire plywood sheets (like Mick Foley used on Terry Funk at One Night Stand), tables, ladders, florescent light tubes (like those used in Back Yard Wrestling).
Now, some questions I would have concerning secondary titles would be:
1. Would the secondary title holder be considered the number 1 contender for the PFW Heavyweight title, or is he out of contention for the PFW title as long as he holds the secondary title? (In Orion Wrestling Promotions, the GWF and LWF have secondary titles. The #2 contender for the major title is considered the #1 contender for the secondary title. Also, I've recently split the LWF roster into 4 territories: North, South, East, and West. Each territory will have its own singles and tag team champions, but holding a territorial title may not guarantee the territorial singles champion or tag champs a top ranking for either the LWF Heavyweight or the LWF United States title(s). It still depends on their overall won-loss record, with their individual or team Draw being used to break any ties, respectively.)
2. What PFW Heavyweight division rank would be considered the #1 conender for the secondary title. Would it be the #2 contender for the PFW Heavyweight title, or would it be someone who's ranked somewhere in the middle? (Right now we've got approximately 30 Promoters that are currently active in the Heavyweight title division, which would mean that the #15 contender would be the #1 contender for the secondary title in this scenario.)
These are questions that would need to be addressed in order to create a fair rankings system for everybody.

To me a secondary title and a hardcore title are two different things...They have two different set of rules....Hardcore Champions can't be considered for the Top title(IMO)...Its like a football player being in line for a boxing title, not without proving he can box like a champion.

Yeah, what Frank says makes sense. Although I've seen in Wrestling Magazines is that a Secondary Champion was always listed #1 contender, but didn't mean he was going to get a title shot anytime soon. It looked to be just a "formality" IMO, I think the secondary champion should be listed in the ranks of top 5 somewhere, and the #1 contender to the Secondary Title should be in the bottom 5 like perhaps #6 ranked.
